The assignment

EASim is a simulation-based practice platform for executive and virtual assistants. We are looking for a hands-on strategist who can sharpen our positioning and carry it through to execution—not someone who stops at a strategy deck.

You will own

  • Brand positioning and messaging
  • LinkedIn content strategy and execution
  • Community engagement and thoughtful follow-up
  • Traffic, registration, activation, and conversion learning
  • Weekly reporting and founder meetings
  • A measured TikTok introduction later in the pilot

What strong looks like

Commercial evidence
You can connect past work to inquiries, registrations, customers, purchases, or revenue—not only reach and follower growth.

Hands-on execution
You can research, write, publish, engage, and measure your own work.

Clear judgment
You know when a traffic problem is really a message, landing-page, activation, offer, or follow-up problem.

Independent ownership
You can run a focused plan with weekly alignment instead of daily founder management.
